Is this juicer made in America?
The juicer is being sold by Amazon USA. Not sure as to where it is manufactured but if it is being sold in USA it will be as per country standards.

I bought the nutrihome juicer and even Amazon customer service could not find a customer service number.
I am a bit surprised that Amazon does not know the name of the seller. My suggestion is that you post a review on Amazon product page with the hope that seller will read it and respond.
The juicer does not come apart can anyone help with disassembly do it can be cleaned.
Janet, I too could not find a Customer Service number. I have question about how to Disassemble the wire mesh basket [or if can be done] the User Manual shows it off, but it seems to be permanently attached and I don’t want to force it out/////
Owned this for less than 1 month. I had it all cleaned up and ready to go for a new juice just now when I dropped in my first cube of beet and the entire thing just stopped, with no indication as to why. No booklet, no customer service number. Christ. I tried a different electrical outlet, re-cleaned the entire thing, held down the only button on it to see if it would “reboot” …… nothing….
Amazon has a return policy. If it came without a booklet then you should have returned the machine. Have you tried Googling or gone to Youtube. These days all the information you need is on the internet.
so i’m lost as to what you mean with the cons being it “rarely turns on when needed”. does this mean it doesn’t power on like every other time or what? that pretty much makes it a dud correct?

I have had my juicer for about a year, ordered a Slow Masticating Juicer, Cold Press Juicer Machine. After juicing removing the removing the nut is incredibly difficult, I am a 34 year old man and twisting this off after juicing was very tough at times. A few days ago I put a cut up beet in (I always cut up my vegetables prior to putting them into the Squeezing Chamber), the entire unit broken off the main juicing machine (no clue how to describe this, but I have pictures). It created a mess. I will never buy another juicer from Healthy Wise Choice.

Please try and and contact the manufacturer or Amazon if still in the warranty period. Repairing these days is not cost effective.
