Hurom HU-100 Masticating Slow Juicer
If you want something more compact that doesn’t take up much space while still allowing you to juice leafy-greens then the HU-100 makes a great alternative. This is an efficientand affordable slow juicer that can easily handle all kinds of leafy greens without the need for extra parts.
On the downside, however, it’s a lot less durable than the G5-PG710. When using the HU-100 you’ll need to be careful not to overfill it and cause clogging. If you want something more compact and affordable the HU-100 could be just what you’re looking for.
Verdict
Cold press juicers are known for producing some of the best tasting and nutritious juice possible. For best results, it’s worth investing in a good model but more money does not necessarily make for a better product. In the end, it’s all a matter of personal needs.
If you something of high-quality that will perform well every time regardless of heavy usage then a powerhouse like the Champion G5-PG710 is one of the best in the market.
It won’t be for everyone though. Plenty of people are into juicing for the health benefits which you’re slightly losing out on due to the Champions high RPM rate.
You’re also limiting it’s functionality if you don’t get the attachments for dealing with leafy greens which will cost extra on top of its already high price tag. Alternative like the Omega and Hurom will be better suited for this if at the expense of durability.
